          An international English language test called the Occupational English Test (OET) evaluates the language communication abilities of healthcare professionals who want to register and work in an English-speaking setting. 1. A minimum of three years’ experience working in a language-related field, such as                healthcare, language teaching, linguistics, translation, or interpreting. 

2. A valid teaching qualification or equivalent experience in teaching English, plus a                  minimum of two years’ experience teaching English for healthcare. 

3. A recognised professional qualification in language assessment. 

4. A minimum of two years’ experience in a language testing role, such as test development,      test administration, or test scoring. 

5. An IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of at least 7.5 in all            four skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking). 

6. A valid OET certificate issued by the OET Council. 

7. A satisfactory police clearance. 

8. The ability to communicate fluently and accurately in spoken and written English. 

9. The ability to use computers and electronic testing equipment. 

10. The ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
